Birthday Parties

Celebrate Your Childs Birthday With Us!

Each birthday party consists of a craft activity, a "Meet the Animals" program and a naturalist led walk. We can also provide cupcakes and/or pizza for an additional price. After the program you are welcome to use our outdoor picnic areas, or our lab facility for food, present opening, etc. See flier on right sidebar for complete details.

Buggy World Party!

• half-hour "Meet the Animals" presentation
• children decorate a bug jar or paint a plaster bug
• Naturalist-led walk in search of native bugs in their habitats

Feathered Friends Party!

• half-hour "Meet the Animals" presentation
• Children make a decorative bird house
• Naturalist-led bird walk in Bidwell Park

Little Sprouts Party!

• half-hour "Meet the Animals" presentation
• Children decorate their own ceramic flower pot and plant seeds
• Naturalist-led nature walk in Bidwell Park

Call for other craft options

Birthday parties are offered to children ages 5-11 on Saturdays or Sundays from 10-12:30 or 1-3:30. The cost for all parties starts at $100 for up to 15 children. Pizza and cupcakes are available for an extra charge.
