“Feathers, Beaks, and Funny Feet” • Wednesday, February 24, 10:00-11:00a Birds are some of our most easily seen wildlife, coming to visit our own backyards. Why are there so many kinds of birds? Why so many shapes and sizes of beaks? Why all those funny feet? In this program, we’ll answer those questions, take a walk in beautiful Bidwell Park , make a heron beak mask, and meet one of the Nature Center’s friendly animals. Preschool workshops are designed for children 3-5 years old. The cost is $10 per child. Space is limited to 15 children. Children must be accompanied by an adult during the program.
