"Turtle or Tortoise?" • Wednesday, April 21, 10:00-11:00am Turtles are some of our most ancient and unique animals. Why are they so slow? Can they take their shells off as they do in cartoons? We will learn about different types of turtles, go on a short walk and look for them, make our own turtle craft, and meet our famous Desert Tortoise John. Preschool workshops are designed for children 3-5 years old. The cost is $10 per child. Space is limited to 15 children Children must be accompanied by an adult during the program.
